The information you provide will be displayed to anyone who or anything that scans your personal QR Code or types in your unique URL; we do not validate by whom or what access is made.

- Approved Third Party Manufacturers. If a medical QR bracelet is purchased and your online account is linked with your medical QR bracelet purchase, Risen Devices, LLC will provide any uploaded health information to approved third parties manufacturers who will be printing personalized QR bracelets.

How We Protect Your Information
As a company, the protection of your information is important to us. We have designed and adopted technological and organizational procedures to safeguard your data. It is important to note that while we make efforts to protect your data, security measures are not impenetrable. As a result, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information collected or transmitted to our Site. By using our Site, you consent to the transmission of your data at your own risk. Your personal information also includes all health information that you input to the Site. This personal information is then accessible via QR code reader. This policy only controls your personal information within the use of the Site and does not control people that Risen Devices does not employ or does not have a manufacturing relationship.
